Art Deco apartment building designed in 1936 by the architect René Notéris for the contractor J. Dubois. The façade combines brown brick with broad rendered areas, with a base and door jambs in rubble of Belgian red marble. The symmetrical elevation of seven storeys and seven bays beneath a flat roof is centred on a narrow, taller entrance bay with staggered levels, flanked on each side by two paired bays forming oriels. Moulded decoration of chevrons and stylised flowers adorns the façade, and the door with grilled openings survives beneath a canopy bearing the name of the residence, topped by a flower basket; the building is recorded in the inventory.
