House in the Art Deco style influenced by the Amsterdam School, designed in 1929 by the architect Édouard Courtenay. The building has three storeys under a flat roof, with a brick elevation playing on varied bonding. The ground floor combines a garage door, a small barred window and the front door with stepped jambs; three paired windows light the first floor and two the second. The flush window frames retain their glazing bars and leaded transoms, and the top of the façade steps between the windows with a decoration of spurred brickwork. The house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
