Art Deco house built in 1929 by the architects Pierre Cambier and Jean des Touches, with two storeys under a mock mansard and flat roof. The elevation combines orange brick, imitation Euville stone and white stone, the imitation stone mimicking refined masonry that tapers progressively up to the dormer. The ground floor has two doorways with stepped surrounds, the upper floor a small projecting bay on a corbel, and a triple through-dormer crowns the façade. The original joinery includes chevron-pattern doors and sashes with coloured lozenge stained glass; the central stairwell is lit by a roof lantern. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
