Art Deco rental house signed on the plinth by the architect Arthur Manne, 1931. The asymmetrical façade in orange brick and white imitation stone, enhanced with Euville stone, rises four storeys under a flat roof terrace. A two-storey bow window beneath a terrace with dice-shaped posts fronts a colonnaded triple window, while the top two storeys have openings with cut upper corners. The wrought-iron grilles of the doors and railings, with geometric and stylised plant motifs, survive. The building is recorded in the inventory.
