Art Deco apartment building designed in 1938 by the architect René Notéris for the builder Jean-Louis Dubois, who signed it on the plinth. The symmetrical six-storey elevation under a flat roof, with ten bays on the upper floors, is in brick with emphasised horizontal joints, enhanced with roughcast elements and bluestone. In the centre of the ground floor, a vehicle entrance leads to lock-up garages, flanked by two pedestrian doors under canopies. On the upper floors, T-shaped French windows with small curved balconies alternate with projecting bays, and the narrow bays above the entrance, separated by a giant engaged column, end in a stepped crown. The building, with four flats per floor, is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
