Art Deco town house designed by the architect René Notéris in 1934. The three-storey elevation under a flat roof, symmetrical on the upper floors, combines a rendered façade, brick on the upper floors and bluestone; giant pilasters frame the upper floors and the façade carries abundant floral decoration in low relief. On the ground floor, the garage door and the entrance door, separated by a small window, are protected by a wrought-iron grille of Beaux-Arts inspiration. A trapezoidal oriel-like bay (logette) beneath a terrace stands in front of two twin French windows. The cornice, the metal doors and the window frames with stained glass in the transoms survive; the house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
