On the corner of Square Émile Duployé, an Art Deco apartment building designed in 1935 by the architect René Notéris for the contractor J. Dubois. The nine-storey, flat-roofed elevation, with a ground floor faced in yellow marble and rendered upper floors trimmed with brick, is organised around a wide corner bay treated as a curved oriel, with trapezoidal oriels, round-cornered balconies and tubular parapets; the moulded decoration combines chevrons and stylised flowers. The large entrance hall with marble panelling and black and red veined marble flooring retains its original Schlieren lifts and a medallion portrait of King Albert I. The property is recorded in the architectural heritage inventory, without protection.
