Art Deco corner apartment building erected in 1936 for the contractor J. Dubois to designs by the architect René Notéris, both of whom signed on either side of the entrance. Eight storeys high under a flat roof, it links its two façades with a broad curved corner bay pierced by ribbon windows; green ceramic tiles adorn the spandrels of the first and last bays. The porch is lined with brown ceramic; the hall, faced with red marble and Mazy black marble, retains an églomisé mirror depicting a heron, the Schlieren lift in an open shaft and the original letterboxes. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage, without legal protection.
