Art Deco apartment building designed by the architect René Notéris in 1939. The symmetrical elevation has eight storeys, the top one set back, with a blue stone ground floor and rendered upper floors enhanced with red brick. On the middle storeys the central bays are marked by a trapezoidal oriel beneath a parapeted terrace, and stylised floral decoration adorns the spandrels in particular. The original glazed metal doors and the stained-glass windows of the ground floor survive. The building is recorded in the inventory.
