A concrete silo of the Meunerie bruxelloise, designed in 1908 and thoroughly converted around 1935 into an Art Deco apartment building by the architect René Notéris with the contractor H. Vandeuren, who both signed above the ground floor; it was inhabited from 1937. Its nine-storey rendered façade has four symmetrical bays separated by giant pilasters, the outer ones marked by canted oriels carrying terraces. Floral bas-reliefs, scrolled wrought-iron grilles and the metal shopfront doors complete the decoration; the side wall still shows a section of arcaded brickwork, a remnant of the silo.
