Art Deco single-family house designed in 1929 by the architects Pierre Cambier and Jean des Touches, whose signatures and the date 1930 appear on the plinth. The façade in orange brick, white stone and white imitation stone has two bays, of three and five storeys, enlivened by pilasters and set-backs. The upper floors take the form of oriels on corbels, one trapezoidal, the other spur-shaped, the latter crowned by a triple window whose jambs incorporate carved birds. Figurative reliefs (swallows on a wire, fruit and flowers) and abstract motifs complete the decoration, and the joinery survives, with oak sashes and stained-glass transoms. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
