Maison, rue Baron de Castro 10

Art Deco house built in 1927 to plans by the architect René Notéris. The imitation-stone ground floor, over a bluestone base, has a doorway framed by drooping flowers and floral decoration; the upper floors are divided into two unequal bays by three pilasters. A bay window on brackets, lit by a triplet of windows with lintels carved with chevrons, carries a balcony on the top floor, beneath a chevron frieze and a mansard roof. The building is recorded in the legal heritage inventory.
