An Art Deco apartment building built in 1934 on the corner of Rue Félix Sterckx and Rue Stevens-Delannoy in Laeken, originally with a café-restaurant on the ground floor. The roughcast facades are enhanced on the upper floors by bands of yellow brick with emphasised horizontal joints, forming a continuous spandrel and an entablature frieze, and a central block projects with curved corners. The windows wrap these corners on the upper floors and rest at ground level on a canted projection filled with glass bricks. The corner bay, flanked by monumental columns rising above the cornice, contains the wide restaurant door under a concrete canopy on semicircular brackets. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
