Pair of identical asymmetrical Art Deco town houses designed in 1931 by the architect Jean E. Dieltjens. The two-storey façades beneath mansard roofs, in dark red brick, are enlivened with upright bricks in a 'cuir rose' tone, 'Simili Terrablanca' elements, white stone and blue stone. The ground-floor openings have cut-off upper corners and the doors stepped surrounds. In the main bay, a two-storey trapezoidal projection carries a terrace in front of a dormer with a polygonal gable bearing a flower motif. The buildings are recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
