Asymmetrical Art Deco town house designed in 1932 by the architect Robert Mertens. The orange-brick façade, enlivened with white and blue stone, has spandrels, flat arches and an entablature frieze in upright bricks. A trapezoidal projection carries a terrace with wrought-iron railings in front of a triple window, and the windows above the door have stepped spandrels in the form of an inverted pyramid. The zigzag cornice, the door with a large triangular grilled opening and the windows with central stained glass survive, as does the front-garden enclosure. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
