Art Deco town house with an asymmetrical composition, designed by the architects Paul-Benoît De Wilde and Jos. Gilson in 1933; a black ceramic plaque on the base bears De Wilde's signature and the date. The same architects signed the neighbouring house the following year. The two-storey façade under a mansard roof is in rough brown brick with emphasised horizontal joints, set off with white stone, now painted, and bluestone, with upright bricks above the openings and along the entablature. A pointed (spur-shaped) projecting bay carries a terrace with a parapet, and the door with its canopy sits beneath a grilled semicircular fanlight. The cornice, the door and the tubular railing on the front garden wall survive; the house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
