Asymmetrical Art Deco town house designed in 1932 by the architect Camille Breeus, whose signature appears on the plinth. The façade in thin red bricks with emphasised horizontal joints is enlivened with brown brick; in the main bay, a two-storey projection beneath a mansard roof with fish-scale slates has a spandrel with two-tone upright-brick decoration. The recessed round-arched entrance porch with a stepped surround is surmounted by a matching arched glazed panel lighting the staircase. The original joinery survives, including the door and the leaded coloured glazing of the stair window. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
