Art Deco house divided into rental units, with an asymmetrical composition, designed by the architects Paul-Benoît De Wilde and Jos. Gilson in 1934, a year after the neighbouring house they had also signed. The two-storey façade under a mansard roof is in flame-yellow brick, set off with white stone, now painted, and bluestone, with upright bricks above the openings and along the entablature. A two-storey bow window with two-mullioned windows enlivens the front, while the door with its polygonal canopy sits beneath a fanlight of the same shape. The cornice, which follows the projection of the façade, and the door with grilled openings survive; the building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
