Art Deco apartment building designed by the architect Maurice Surkyn in 1936. The U-shaped building has eight storeys under a flat roof; its rendered façades, enhanced with light brick on the upper floors, are linked by a broad rounded corner bay and articulated by giant pilasters. Continuous balconies mark the sixth floor and setbacks create a terrace on the top floor. The porch of the recessed façade, with a central column, leads to the entrance and to the ramp of the rear garages. The building is recorded in the inventory.
