Art Deco house with flats influenced by the Amsterdam School, built in 1925 by the architect Jean Coppieters, who made it his own home. The red brick façade enhanced with bluestone has two bays and three storeys under a mansard roof; the ground floor opens through two segmental arches, one for the garage, the other forming a porch. On the upper floors the bays are flanked by pilasters set at 45 degrees and pierced by trapezoidal windows, amid abundant projecting brickwork. The joinery survives, with stained-glass transoms in geometric patterns and textured glass on the ground floor. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
