Art Deco town house influenced by the Amsterdam School, designed by the architect Théophile Pholien in 1935. The bluestone and brown-brick façade has three storeys, with a single bay on the upper floors. A small trapezoidal projecting bay beneath a terrace fronts three windows, and a wide dormer rising from the wall is preceded by a balcony of the same plan. Stepped brickwork and cornices on geometric brackets complete the elevation. The doors and most of the window frames survive; a doctor's surgery was planned on the ground floor, and the house is recorded in the inventory.
