Clubhouse of the sports complex founded in the early 1930s by Félicien Gosset, owner of the "Saint-Michel et Zéphir" cigarette factory in Sint-Jans-Molenbeek, for his workers; it was entered in the land register in 1934. Gosset called on the Brussels architect Adrien Blomme (1878-1940), who had already designed the Villa Gosset and the cigarette factory for him; the firm of A. Monnoyer et E. Fricero of Brussels built it, and the interior was designed by Willy Clarysse and executed by the Clarysse brothers of Izegem. Conceived as a ship at anchor, it belongs, according to the inventory, to the ocean-liner style within interwar Art Deco: to the east, a vertical play of cubic brick volumes; to the west, a lower, rounded and fully glazed "bow" on a concrete frame, the whole emphasised by a strongly cantilevered wraparound terrace, a canopy and tubular steel railings. The ground floor housed a bowling hall running the full length of the building and changing rooms, the upper floor a large cafeteria one and a half storeys high. The original entrance is marked by a short avenue of horse chestnuts preceded by brick piers with Art Deco cross motifs and a gate with geometric motifs. The clubhouse, with its entrance gate and avenue, has been listed as a monument since 8 December 2014.
