Art Deco mansion designed in 1930 by the architect Adrien Blomme. The three-storey elevation, in brick trimmed with white stone, is asymmetrical on the first two levels and steadied by the five almost square windows of the attic storey, punctuated by the imposing brackets of the cornice. On the ground floor, largely faced with white stone, the door and two small windows are framed by fluted pilasters and surmounted by a trapezoidal bay window; the front door, metal window frames and original front-garden railings survive. The building is recorded in the legal heritage inventory.
