Art Deco town house built in 1922 by the architect Adrien Blomme for his uncle Jean Boels; it is now part of the Université libre de Bruxelles. The four-storey elevation has three bays articulated by pilasters on the upper floors, with a white stone ground floor and red brick upper storeys. The round-arched first-floor windows have railings, the others are rectangular, and an imposing wooden cornice underlines the top floor. The front door is emphasised by a slightly projecting porch, and the front garden keeps its original low wall and ironwork railings. The house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
