Art Deco town house, built in 1924 by the architect Adrien Blomme. The four-storey elevation in red brick is enhanced with white stone elements and pierced by rectangular openings. A trapezoidal oriel projects in front of the first two upper floors, beneath a terrace enclosed by a parapet; the basement garage is original. The attic was refitted in 1934; the ironwork, the joinery and the front railings designed by Blomme survive. The house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
