Art Deco town house, built in 1924 by the architect Adrien Blomme. The four-storey elevation combines red brick and white stone on a bluestone base. It has three bays on the first three levels, the wider central one being marked on the ground and first floors by a rectangular oriel rising from the ground under a flat roof, with a Serlian window on the ground floor. The basement garage is original, and the front garden keeps its original railings designed by Blomme. The house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
