An Art Deco apartment building erected in 1935 by the architect Camille Breeus, who had designed the neighbouring buildings two years earlier. The symmetrical four-storey, flat-roofed façade in yellow brick, trimmed with blue stone and green, black and yellow ceramics, is centred on a full-height glazed bay lighting the stairwell, between two curved oriels with ribbon windows. The entrance, reached by a broad stone stair, retains its door with geometric openwork beneath a shaped canopy, as well as most of the window frames; a ceramic plaque bears the architect's signature. The property is recorded in the architectural heritage inventory, without protection.
