Art Deco apartment building signed and dated 1938 on its plinth by the architect François De Bondt. The four-storey façade, in yellow brick with emphasised horizontal joints and bluestone dressings, is symmetrical on the upper floors, where a single projecting bay carries ribbon windows. Its curved jambs and central mullion are faced with white ceramic tiles edged in black. The small entrance porch keeps its yellow-and-white chequered mosaic floor and its door with a grilled opening; the building is recorded in the inventory but has no protected status.
