An Art Deco town house built in 1936 on Avenue Adrien Bayet in Laeken. Its asymmetrical two-storey facade under a mansard roof, in orange brick and bluestone, is enlivened on the left by a projecting section which, above the garage entrance, takes a trapezoidal plan with two colonnette mullions rising to the cornice. On the right, the entrance flanked by columns sits within a flat bluestone surround forming a porch that extends to shelter the ground-floor window. The central dormer has four colonnettes, and the original glazed metal door keeps its grille with circles, spirals and waves. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
