Large Art Deco apartment building designed in 1937 by the architects Adrien and Yvan Blomme for the Trabeka company. The symmetrical façade in reconstituted white stone has five bays and five storeys beneath a flat roof; the side bays, pierced by garage entrances on the ground floor, take on a rounded plan at the middle levels. The recessed central bays of the upper storeys are fronted by continuous balconies and terraces linked by twisted columns, beneath a broad overhanging cornice underlined by a twisted moulding. The building is recorded in the legal heritage inventory.
