Art Deco town house, signed and dated « Adrien Blomme architecte 1925 ». The three-storey façade, in red brick picked out with white stone and with a rendered top floor, is crowned by a tall gabled roof with two dormers. A loggia enlivens the first floor; the segmental-arched front door is set off by a stone surround whose crowning is carved with cherubs, cornucopias and vases. Cornices on decorative metal brackets, preserved ironwork and joinery, and the original railings of the front enclosure complete the building. The building is recorded in the inventory.
