Town house combining Art Deco and Hispano-Moorish exoticism, commissioned from the architect Adrien Blomme by the brewer Léon Wielemans; Blomme drew his inspiration from a journey to Andalusia and its palaces. It is organised around a large interior patio. Listed with its garden in 1994, it was restored when it was converted into an exhibition venue in 1997.
