Art Deco apartment building designed by the architect R. Vanderauwera in 1937, signed and dated 1938 on the plinth. The four-storey elevation under a flat roof, symmetrical on the upper floors, combines red brick with emphasised horizontal joints, 'Terra Blanca' render and blue stone. On the upper floors, a wide rectangular oriel with ribbon windows wrapping the corners is marked by two engaged columns that continue upwards to form the piers of the terrace above, with a tubular railing. The round-arched door with a grilled opening is preserved. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
