Art Deco apartment building, signed and dated by the architect Luc Smets, 1941. The three-storey elevation under a flat roof, symmetrical on the upper floors, is in orange brick with emphasised horizontal joints, enhanced with rendered areas, brown ceramic tiles and blue stone. The upper floors are marked by a two-storey bow window, largely rendered, with a stepped base and a concrete cornice, pierced by ribbon windows with black ceramic sills. The entablature, raised in the centre, is punctuated by slender ceramic pilasters; the door with a geometric grille is preserved. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
