Art Deco house designed in 1924 by the architect Jos Gilson for his own use. The asymmetrical brick façade, dressed with white stone and imitation stone, rises beneath a mansard roof pierced by a masonry dormer with side scrolls. The ground floor has round-arched openings, and the façade is enlivened by a trapezoidal oriel on a foliate corbel. The joinery is original, including the open-work door with spiral wrought-iron grilles and its narrow stained-glass fanlights; the building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage, without legal protection.
