Art Deco house built in 1926 by the firm Architecture technique, with three storeys in brick enhanced with rendered elements, now painted. The ground floor has a T-shaped door, an octagonal bull's-eye window and a garage door. On the upper floors, the single bay is set within a monumental stepped surround, with a polygonal projecting bay on a corbel and bracket on the first floor and two paired square windows on the second. The doors are original and the first-floor sashes keep their stained glass: fruit baskets and a ship in the transom, echoing an anchor in relief on the bracket of the projecting bay. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
