Art Deco house of flats designed in 1933 by the architect Louis Tenaerts. The single-bay, three-storey building beneath a flat roof originally had a façade in brown brick and light roughcast enhanced with white stone; the brickwork has recently been painted dark grey and the roughcast renewed. Bricks with emphasised horizontal joints, some laid upright, form the base, the frame of the bay and the stepped breast of the second floor. The ground floor is marked by a projection with a curved corner carrying a curved terrace, and the second floor by a pointed balconette with a tubular railing; the cornice has been preserved. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
