Art Deco three-façade town house, built in 1929 by the architect A. Sauvage. The two-storey building beneath a mansard roof has one bay facing the boulevard and three bays on the side; its red brick and white imitation-stone façades are enhanced with bluestone, with openings with canted upper corners. On the boulevard side, paired windows are topped by a trapezoidal bay beneath a flat roof, set against successive recesses, with an openwork breast and scroll motifs. On the side façade there is a projecting rectangular entrance porch; the third bay has been concealed since 1971 by an extension. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
