Art Deco middle-class house designed in 1934 by the architect E. Henry, within a particularly coherent row of buildings of the same period running from no. 48 to no. 56. The three-storey façade, in yellow brick enhanced with imitation bluestone and bluestone, has a recessed entrance porch and, on the upper floors, giant pilasters with low reliefs at the top. On the first floor a small trapezoidal oriel, extended to the left, is accompanied by a balcony with a curved corner; the second floor has four paired windows, and a geometric crowning flanks a narrow flat cornice with egg-and-dart decoration. The original joinery, with frames featuring thin bands of Art Deco stained glass, and the railing of the front setback have been preserved. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
