Art Deco corner block of flats, at the corner of Rue De Wand, built in 1937 by the architect Louis Tenaerts, who also designed nos. 301, 303 and 305. The four-storey building beneath a flat roof has yellow brick façades enhanced with artificial white stone and bluestone, and a symmetrical elevation organised around a wide canted corner. The openings of the canted corner are grouped in pairs within a surround, with small wave-patterned bas-reliefs beneath the cornice. The artificial-stone entrance bays have a door with a convex reveal beneath an imposing flat canopy, topped by a tall corner window lighting the staircase. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
