Art Deco town house designed in 1932 by the architect Louis Tenaerts. The three-storey façade, in brown brick with emphasised horizontal joints, is enlivened by rendered areas and blue stone, with each level underlined by bands of upright bricks. The upper floors are marked by a two-storey oriel with a curved side face, its stepped base forming a geometric motif. On the second floor the oriel narrows to leave room for a terrace with a tubular railing beneath an L-shaped concrete cornice. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
