Art Deco block of flats, built in 1937 by the architect Louis Tenaerts, who also designed nos. 301, 305 and 309. The four-storey building, the top floor set back as an attic, has a symmetrical façade in orange brick enhanced with bluestone and white imitation stone, with fluted piers. The central round-arched entrance is flanked by two projections forming terraces; on the upper floors, the central bays are treated as a canted oriel bearing a stylised plant bas-relief on its axis, with rounded side balconies. The attic is fronted by concrete pergolas on polygonal columns; each level has tubular railings, and the glazed metal door with scrolls has been preserved. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
