Art Deco middle-class house signed above the entrance by the architect A. Lagache, 1935. It opens a particularly coherent row of buildings of the same period, which ends at no. 56. The asymmetrical elevation has three storeys over a base pierced by a garage entrance in the main bay, and two storeys beneath a mansard roof in the entrance bay. On the ground floor are a small trapezoidal oriel on a corbel and a door with a flat wooden canopy resting on massive pilasters topped by a wrought-iron lantern; on the upper floors the main bay is flanked by pilasters rising above the cornice. The door, with a geometric design, and its fanlight with glazing bars have been preserved. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
