Art Deco house divided into flats with ocean-liner (Paquebot) influences, built in 1937 by the architect Louis Tenaerts, who also designed nos. 303 and 309 the same year and no. 305 in 1939. The three-storey roughcast façade beneath a roof terrace is enhanced with artificial white stone; on the ground floor, two garage doors flank the pedestrian entrance with concave-rusticated jambs. On the upper floors, wide windows are linked to a pilaster faced in black ceramic rising to the roof, topped by a carved finial depicting two birds. On the right, a bay of beaked oculi rises one storey higher as a screen wall for the terrace. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
