Art Deco corner apartment building with a commercial ground floor, signed by the architect Louis Tenaerts, 1934. Its three storeys under a flat roof combine a ground floor faced with black and red ceramic and upper floors in brown brick with emphasised horizontal joints. The two bays on each street are linked by a canted corner containing the shop entrance, originally a door flanked by two display windows. At the corners, two canted oriels frame a stepped wall section with scrolled bas-reliefs beneath a polygonal crowning, with geometric stone coping decoration. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
