An Art Deco apartment building with shops on the ground floor, designed by the architect Edg. Termote in 1934 on Boulevard Émile Bockstael in Laeken. The rendered four-storey elevation under a flat roof opens with a central recessed entrance porch of trapezoidal plan flanked by shopfronts, and the original private door keeps its Art Deco design. On the upper floors, the central bay is treated as an oriel with a central pilaster, extended sideways by balconies with pierced parapets; the window sills and disc motifs are in black enamel of the "Claes system". At the top, short pilasters with spherical finials frame a set of tubular railings. The building, with two flats per floor, is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
