Asymmetrical Art Deco apartment building signed by the architect Louis Tenaerts, 1927, within a coherent row of buildings with front gardens (nos. 7 to 63). The four-storey red-brick façade is enhanced with white stone and blue stone. The door, with a stepped surround, is topped by a bas-relief depicting an owl. The main bay, flanked by pilasters and with a curved crowning rising above the cornice with an oval oculus, is marked by a three-storey trapezoidal projection beneath a terrace, accompanied by scrolled bas-reliefs. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
