Art Deco middle-class house signed by the architect Louis Tenaerts, 1924, whose door lintel bears the Latin proverb 'Utile dulci' (combining the useful with the pleasant). It opens a coherent row of buildings with front gardens. The asymmetrical red-brick façade, enhanced with white and blue stone, features geometrically cut stone elements and windows with alternately projecting brick jambs. The main bay is marked by a full-height trapezoidal oriel beneath a terrace with a geometric wooden balustrade, and the mansard roof has two tiers of dormers. The door with polygonal decoration and the small-paned window frames are original. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
