Art Deco apartment building, signed and dated on the plinth by the architect Louis Tenaerts, 1929. The four-storey elevation beneath a mansard and flat roof was originally faced with white imitation stone, now re-rendered, enhanced with blue stone. On the ground floor, the recessed pedestrian door is flanked by a small polygonal window next to the garage entrance. The upper floors are occupied by a trapezoidal oriel with triangle decoration and wrought-iron window rails; the cornice is original. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
