Art Deco town house with an asymmetrical composition, designed by the architect Louis Tenaerts (des Gadeaux) in 1929, the same year as the neighbouring house. The two-storey building under a gabled roof has a red-brick façade set off with white imitation stone and white stone (painted) and bluestone. The main bay is marked by a projection, rectangular at basement level where the garage entrance opens and trapezoidal on the ground floor, with a mullioned window of geometric profile; it carries a terrace with geometric wrought-iron railings, and the bay is crowned by a polygonal gable. The entrance door with a mitred arch, reached by a massive bluestone stair, survives with its large grilled opening; the house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
